What You'll Do as a Welder:- Set up and perform welding according to prints, including spot, robotic, and MIG welding
- Grind and sand finished products to meet workmanship and cosmetic quality standards
- Use inspection equipment and review blueprints to verify product quality
- Enter work order and labor-reporting information into the computer system
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and production floor
- Follow established health and safety policies and procedures
- Complete additional production duties as assigned
What You Need to Bring to the Welder Role:- High school diploma or GED
- Basic understanding of mechanical and manufacturing techniques
- Basic computer skills, including typing, printing, and data entry
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Metal fabrication and welding experience preferred
