    Position Overview
    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Weighmaster / Scale House & Accounting Coordinator to support daily operations at our aggregate/quarry facility.

    This position plays a critical role in managing truck scale operations, maintaining accurate ticketing records, and assisting with accounting and payroll-related tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with drivers and customers.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Operate truck scale and accurately weigh inbound and outbound loads.
    • Generate and manage scale tickets and load documentation.
    • Enter daily transactions and tickets into QuickBooks.
    • Assist with billing and recordkeeping.
    • Report employee hours for payroll processing.
    • Communicate with drivers, customers, and plant personnel.
    • Maintain organized records of materials, loads, and deliveries.
    • Ensure accuracy of data entry and documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

    Qualifications:
    • 3+ years experience in office, accounting, or scale house environment.
    • Experience in aggregate, construction, trucking, or ready-mix industry strongly preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of:
      • Billing and invoicing.
      • Customer account management.
      • Dispatch coordination (preferred).
    • Proficiency in:
      • QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
      • Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Skills (Big Plus):
    • Experience with scale systems/ticketing software.
    • Knowledge of materials (rock, sand, base, etc.).
    • Understanding of hauling logistics and trucking coordination.
