Weekends Stand Up High Reach Forklift Operator

ResourceMFG is seeking qualified Stand Up High Reach Forklift Operators in the Fayetteville, NC area for weekend shift openings. This position is responsible for operating a stand up high reach clamp forklift to safely move, store, load and unload products.

Schedule:

• Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday
• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Training Schedule:

• Two weeks of training on 1st shift is required prior to moving to assigned schedule.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Stack and store merchandise in designated warehouse locations using forklifts, clamp trucks, and push-pull equipment.
• Safely unload inbound shipments and transport products to assigned storage locations.
• Pull and prepare products for customer shipments.
• Verify that the correct quantity and type of product are loaded and shipped.
• Perform order picking duties efficiently while meeting customer service and productivity standards.
• Move products from staging and storage areas into trailers for shipment.
• Operate all equipment safely and efficiently while following established work methods and company procedures.
• Conduct cycle counts as assigned.
• Report inventory discrepancies to the inventory control team and assist with issue resolution.
• Complete required equipment inspections and documentation.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a hands-on forklift skills assessment.
• Must have experience operating a stand-up high reach clamp forklift.
• Must possess basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Must have a basic understanding of safe equipment operation.
