Connected Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join one of our trusted partner facilities in Tripoli, Iowa.
This Weekend Warrior position is ideal for an RN who wants a consistent three-day schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of residents and patients.
Schedule
- Friday: 6:00 AM 6:45 PM
- Saturday: 6:00 AM 6:45 PM
- Sunday: 6:00 AM 6:45 PM
- Enjoy a consistent 3-day weekend schedule
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents/patients
- Assess patient needs and monitor changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments according to orders and facility policies
- Collaborate with CNAs, providers, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and emergency situations
- Promote patient safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life
- Follow all applicable nursing standards, regulations, and facility policies
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus
