Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain forklift certification
• 1+ year of warehouse, supply chain, or receiving experience preferred
• 1+ year of team lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze problems and improve warehouse efficiency
• Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing workloads, and work cross-functionally
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and heavier items as needed while working in a warehouse environment

Job Duties:

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming products and shipments
• Perform random product sampling and coordinate with Quality Control for inspections
• Transport and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Label products and maintain accurate receiving and inventory records
• Train, supervise, and support Receiving team members
• Manage receiving discrepancies and communicate inventory issues to the Procurement team
• Oversee put-away and picking processes to ensure inventory accuracy and efficiency
• Assist with inventory control and warehouse organization
• Monitor compliance with company policies, safety standards, and ISO/TL9000 requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while identifying opportunities for process improvement
