KMB METALS in Willoughby, OH -We are a leading architectural metals fabricator specializing in high-precision components for high-end luxury residential projects. We are seeking a Weekend shift supervisor. (B-Shift 3 12-hour shifts: Friday to Sunday 6am-6pm overtime available) To support the Production Plant Manager in managing a manufacturing package or work order from manufacturing receipt through delivery. This is a working lead direct labor position. Requires little or no supervision to delegate and execute assigned work to 5 –10 subordinates from start to completion of work orders. Role and Responsibilities: - Accomplishing department objectives by supervising staff and organizing work processes
- Implementing and enforcing systems, procedures, and policies
- Monitoring employee productivity by providing useful feedback and training
- Setting performance goals that comply with the organization’s plans and visions
- Ensuring compliance with legal and company policies and procedures
- Relaying information from upper management to employees and vice versa
- Handling customer issues that might escalate and require a supervisor for management

Qualifications Requirements: - 3+ years in Metal Shop experience (Required)
