Job Title: Weekend Manufacturing Supervisor
Pay: $33 per hour
Hours: Friday - Sunday, 5:00am - 6:00pm

As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you'll role purpose . You'll work closely with manager, department, or team to deliver results that make a difference.




What You'll Do
As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a production team to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and inspect work to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines.
  • Prioritize workloads, allocate resources effectively, and drive daily production goals.
  • Communicate with team members and other departments to resolve issues quickly and keep work aligned.
  • Enforce safety, ergonomic, security, and environmental standards to maintain a compliant workplace.
  • Hire, train, and evaluate team members; support development and performance.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to boost productivity.
  • Report operational issues, progress, and safety concerns to upper management promptly.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • MUST BE a US Citizen or Permanent Resident to be considered.
  • 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety standards.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of 10+ employees.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with comfort using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
