Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced nursing professional to provide leadership and clinical oversight during weekend operations. In this role, you will help ensure high-quality, compassionate care while supporting nursing staff, coordinating patient care needs, and maintaining a safe, efficient care environment. Responsibilities
Oversee nursing operations and provide supervision to staff during assigned weekend shifts.
Support clinical decision-making and serve as a resource for patient care concerns.
Monitor patient conditions, review care plans, and ensure timely escalation of changes in status.
Coordinate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and oncoming leadership to support continuity of care.
Assist with staffing coverage, assignments, and workflow prioritization as needed.
Promote adherence to facility policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory standards.
Respond to urgent situations and help guide appropriate interventions.
Provide coaching, guidance, and support to nursing staff to encourage safe and effective practice.

Qualifications
Current and active registered nursing licensure in the applicable state.
Experience in a clinical nursing role, with prior leadership or charge nurse experience preferred.
