Equipment You'll Work With You will operate and work around modern manufacturing equipment, including: Automated lumber manufacturing equipment Conveyor systems Material handling equipment Industrial production machinery Sawmill equipment Planer mill equipment Forklifts, with training provided Industrial scanners and production systems What You'll Do As a member of our production team, you will help safely manufacture high-quality lumber products while supporting efficient mill operations. Responsibilities include: Operating automated manufacturing equipment and production machinery Feeding, sorting, stacking, and moving materials throughout the manufacturing process Monitoring product quality and identifying defects Loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently Maintaining clean and organized work areas through routine housekeeping Following standard operating procedures and safe work practices Learning multiple production areas to support operational flexibility Collaborating with teammates to improve safety, quality, and productivity Supporting continuous improvement initiatives Following all Company policies, procedures, and safety expectations
