Lutheran Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center is seeking an experienced RN Weekend Nurse Supervisor who enjoys leading and supporting others, being a trusted clinical resource, and ensuring residents receive exceptional, compassionate care.

What you’ll do:

• Provide clinical leadership and nursing oversight on weekends
• Support, guide, and serve as a resource to nursing staff
• Monitor resident care and respond to changing clinical needs
• Assist with clinical decisions and resident or family concerns
• Promote accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support infection prevention, safety, and quality standards
• Provide direct nursing care when needed
• Help create a positive, collaborative environment for residents and staff

What we’re looking for:

• Current Massachusetts RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
• Skilled nursing, long-term care, or geriatric experience preferred
