    Nazareth Home is seeking innovative and friendly Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor to join the team at our Highlands Campus; 2000 Newburg Road.

    The position is every weekend, Saturday and Sunday 7:15am - 7:45pm
    • Premium weekend pay plus differential

    WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO:

    As RN House Supervisor you will provide clinical leadership and ensure high-quality resident care. You will oversee nursing operations, supports staff, coordinate resident care, and promote positive outcomes through effective communication with residents, families, physicians, and the healthcare team.
     
    Responsibilities
    • Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
    • Assess residents and monitor changes in condition
    • Administer medications and treatments accurately
    • Ensure compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and regulations
    • Monitor narcotic counts and controlled substance records
    • Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff
    THESE ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
    • Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
    • Current CPR certification
    • Two to four years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
