- W-2 position - We handle marketing, and supplies so you can focus on massage
Transparent Pay Structure - based on experience
Service/ Duration/ Pay (incl. gratuity)
- Relaxation Massage/ 60 min/ $52-$59
- Advanced Deep Tissue, Sports, Salt Stone/ 60 min/ $65-$69
- Extended Modalities/ 80-100 min/ $75-$90
- Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments
- Average therapists' gratuity: ~20% included
- Experienced therapists at 30 hours/week earn up to $70K-$75K+ annually
- Steady bookings keep your income strong--most therapists are 80-90% booked
- Extra pay from enhancements and upgrades

- 10-minute turnover between services
- Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60-minute massages
