Weekend Customer Service Representative | Friday - Monday 8pm to 7am

This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless transportation experience by providing real-time updates, resolving issues, and maintaining strong communication across all parties involved. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Operations Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment activity.

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Operations Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment activity. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless transportation experience by providing real-time updates, resolving issues, and maintaining strong communication across all parties involved.

The first 2-3 weeks will be standard Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm for training. Once training is complete, the schedule will be Friday, Saturday, Sunday + Monday, 8pm to 7am 

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding shipments
• Provide accurate and timely updates on load status
• Monitor shipments from pickup through delivery to ensure on-time performance
• Communicate proactively with customers, carriers, and internal teams
• Resolve service issues quickly and professionally
• Maintain and update shipment information within internal systems
• Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction
