Job Responsibilities
Loading Freight
- Load cartons into outbound trailers from conveyor lines.
- Use RF scanners to verify freight movement.
- Move rolling carts and cages throughout the warehouse.
- Stack freight safely and maximize trailer space while meeting productivity goals.
Unloading Freight
- Unload cartons from inbound trailers.
- Scan products as they enter the facility.
- Place freight into designated rolling cages for sorting.
- Work with your team to keep freight flowing efficiently and safely.
This is an active warehouse position requiring continuous walking, lifting, bending, twisting, and standing throughout the shift.
Pay & Earnings
Performance-Based Compensation
- Average daily earnings: $200–$250
- Equivalent to approximately $16–$25+ per hour
- Paid by production—not by the hour
- Your earnings increase with your productivity
Work Schedule
- Friday–Sunday
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Shifts may end early depending on workload
- Additional hours may be available during peak business periods
What We're Looking For
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Capable of lifting 5–50 pounds on a regular basis
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
