Wec Specialist - Dmhv Dd
The WEC Specialist - DMHV DD is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers. The WEC Specialist - DMHV DD identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manages risk during service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
- Responsible for service delivery execution.
- Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
- Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
- Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
- Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
- Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
- Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
- Maintain the required safety training.
Experience & Skills Requirements:
- Must have skills: strong teamwork and ability to work well with others, 3–5 years of relevant directional drilling experience, willingness to cross train in MWD.
- Nice to have skills: motor skill, prior SLB experience, MWD experience or familiarity with sliding.
- Education requirements: high school diploma or GED.
Shift / Hours / Rotation:
- Listed as a 20/10 rotation, though this may vary.
- Typical shifts are 12.5 hours.
- Contractors often remain on a single well or pad for the duration of a hitch and may request relief as needed.
- Not on call during scheduled days off.
- When home waiting for a job, notice is provided as early as possible.
Travel Requirements:
- Work occurs throughout U.S. land, mainly:
- Midland, TX
- Pennsylvania
- Oklahoma
- SLB books flights and hotels.
Interview Process:
