The WEC Specialist - DD is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. Experience with motor drilling technologies and Push-the-Bit / Point-the-Bit rotary steerable systems.

Duration: 12+ Months
Pay: : $65/hr - $80/hr on W2 without benefits
Shift: 3*3, 12+ hours per day on shift

The WEC Specialist - DD is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The WEC Specialist - DD identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery. * Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time. * Responsible for service delivery execution. * Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs. * Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services. * Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections. * Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans. * Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives. * Wear PPE and observe HSE policies. * Maintain the required safety training.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience
• Experience with motor drilling technologies and Push-the-Bit / Point-the-Bit rotary steerable systems
• Knowledge of Anticollision rules, horizontal drilling, extended reach well and geosteering operations
• Experience with reamers and well- commander technology is a plus to have.
• Onshore / Arctic environment experience (preference)
