    Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
    • Review, edit, and refine department-submitted content for clarity, grammar, consistency, and readability;
    • Write and restructure website copy so users can easily find information, understand public services, and complete common tasks;
    • Upload, format, and manage pages, images, documents, and links within the content management system;
    • Coordinate with department contacts to obtain missing information, clarify submissions, and secure content approvals;
    • Maintain a content tracking system to monitor page assignments, revisions, approvals, and publishing status;
    • Identify outdated information, duplicate content, broken links, and gaps to address before launch;
    • Support content migration, page testing, final review, and launch preparation with the internal team and the website provider.
