Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced SOA Testing Engineer with strong expertise in Web Services Testing,

API Testing, SOA architecture, and Database Validation. The candidate should have hands-on experience in functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of enterprise applications.

Experience in Banking and Financial Services domains is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate SOAP and RESTful web services using industry-standard tools.
  • Design, develop, and execute test cases for SOA-based applications.
  • Perform API testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
  • Validate XML, JSON, WSDL, XSD, and service contracts. · Execute database testing using SQL queries and validate data integrity across systems.
  • Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to create comprehensive test scenarios.
  • Perform backend testing and data reconciliation between source and target systems.
  • Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Prepare test reports, status updates, and metrics.
