    Are you a detail-oriented communicator who enjoys organizing complex information and bringing teams together around a deadline? Webber, an industry leader in construction and infrastructure, is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support our Heavy Civil Estimating team and help deliver clear, compliant, and compelling qualifications and proposal packages.

    Your Role: Coordinating Proposals from Start to Finish

    We are seeking a collaborative Proposal Coordinator to manage the day-to-day development of statements of qualifications, requests for proposals, and other pursuit materials for heavy civil construction opportunities. Working closely with estimators, operations leaders, business development, legal, risk, and other internal partners, you will organize proposal schedules, content, reviews, and final submissions while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and Webber brand standards.

    What You Will Do:
    • Coordinate RFQs, RFPs, prequalification packages, letters of interest, and other pursuit documents.

    • Review solicitation requirements and create compliance matrices, schedules, assignments, and submission checklists.

    • Lead proposal kickoff meetings, status updates, internal reviews, and final quality control checks.

    • Gather, edit, and format content from estimating, operations, and other internal partners.

    • Develop clear proposal narratives that highlight Webber's experience, capabilities, and approach.

    • Maintain reusable proposal content, including resumes, project profiles, organizational charts, forms, and certifications.
