    Description

    1. 90% Project Management & Vendor Oversight (CMS Buildout Focus)
    • Strong experience leading end-to-end CMS implementations or rebuilds
    • Proven ability to manage external development vendors
    • Own delivery: timelines, sprint planning, backlog, QA, UAT, and final go-live
    • Ability to review deliverables, enforce quality, and keep vendors accountable

    2. Hands-on Web Technical Expertise (Code Review + Debugging)
    • Strong working knowledge of:
      • HTML, CSS, JavaScript
      • Backend exposure (PHP preferred)
    • Must be able to:
      • Read, review, and debug vendor code
      • Handle light development tasks (bug fixes, configs)
    • Experience with at least one CMS:
      • WordPress / Drupal / Kentico (nice to have)
    3. AWS-Based Web Platform Experience
    • Practical experience with:
      • AWS-hosted websites
      • Hosting architecture, deployment pipelines
      • CDN, caching, performance optimization
      • Security best practices
    • Ability to coordinate deployments, staging, and production releases
