Web Project Manager with PMP

Location: Hybrid — Brooklyn, NY (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

About the Role : We're looking for an experienced Web Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of web projects from kickoff to launch. You'll be the connective tissue between teams — setting direction, keeping work organized in Azure DevOps, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks as features move from idea to production.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the team to define project objectives and build out a detailed work plan
• Lead day-to-day task management and set the communication cadence with internal team members and external stakeholders
• Track project activity, document agreements, and flag issues early — before they become problems
• Keep project documentation current and aligned with goals
• Set up and manage user stories in Azure DevOps

What You'll Bring

• 8+ years managing web projects, with a track record of shipping quality websites and features
• Comfort working across a complex stakeholder landscape — planning proactively and escalating when needed
• Solid grasp of software delivery best practices, with hands-on Azure DevOps (or similar) experience
• Strong communicator who can work fluidly with leadership, subject-matter experts, and cross-functional teams, and coach teams toward outcomes
• Familiarity with agile ways of working and modern software development practices
• Experience standing up project management tooling for a team
• Sharp attention to detail and comfort juggling multiple threads at once
• Experience running QA testing per established process
• Hands-on experience managing software release cycles
• Comfortable working directly with technical teams

Nice to Have

• A background in journalism, writing, or marketing — with an eye for detail, strong organization, and SEO know-how
• Experience with CMS platforms like AEM and SEO tools
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification
• Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Azure, or Jira
• Experience managing budgets and resources
