Location: Redmond WA
Salary Range:  $70/hr to $80/hr on w2

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• 10 years of related experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
• Power Automate development and workflow automation.
• SQL programming, including stored procedures, views, functions, and performance optimization.
• Power BI report and dashboard development.
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Azure SQL and other enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of application lifecycle management, security, and governance within the Power Platform.
• Prior work experience at client 
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience with hybrid work arrangements.
• Familiarity with export controls and citizenship verification processes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps solutions to support business processes and operational workflows.
• Build and enhance Power Automate workflows for process automation and system integrations.
• Develop and optimize Azure SQL database objects, including views, stored procedures, and queries.
• Create dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide actionable business insights.
• Troubleshoot, enhance, and support existing Power Platform solutions.
