Job Summary:
This role is responsible for creating and maintaining clear, accessible content for customer support, product help, and AI-driven assistance. You will ensure accuracy and user confidence by translating complex information into easy-to-understand guidance. The position involves regular content updates, collaboration with stakeholders, and data-informed content improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Draft, update, and publish accurate customer-facing content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine content.
- Analyze data to identify and implement content improvements.
- Ensure content is easily discoverable and adheres to style guides.
- Manage content updates for annual compliance requirements.
Must-Have Skills:- Ability to write clearly on complex topics.
- Experience with editorial feedback and style guides.
- Strong attention to detail and self-management skills.
Industry Experience:- Proven experience as a technical writer, ideally within the financial or tax software industry, is preferred.
