    REQUIRED SKILLS

    Required Skills

    Hands-on experience with AEM page authoring.

    Comfortable building pages from existing templates rather than creating pages from scratch.

    Strong attention to detail and editing experience.

    Able to work quickly while following established processes and team guidance.

    Collaborative, adaptable and comfortable taking direction.

    Basic understanding of:

    o Web accessibility

    o Relative versus absolute links

    o Page quality assurance

    o Component-based webpage construction

    Preferred AEM Experience

    Familiarity with AEM Launches, including scheduling and managing future publication.

    Experience using Experience Fragments and understanding how they differ from Content Fragments.

    Exposure to content architecture or setting up fragments would be beneficial but is not required.

    Familiarity with AEM Multisite Manager would be helpful.

    Experience supporting related English and Spanish webpages is a plus, although Spanish fluency is not required.
