Description:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science or Web-based Development; Advanced degree is preferred
Minimum of five (5) eight (8) years of Industry experience within Web Content Management Space
Management experience with driving and implementing new web-based development within Information Management and customer engagement tools
Experience at translating customer and business requirements into technical requirements, specifications, and tangible product changes
Experience with implementing AI and automation to enhance and improve functionality and efficiency for customer interface tools experience
Good understanding of the fundamental aspects of basic security on web applications and platforms
Experience with technical infrastructure design methodologies and datacenter architectures and automation
Experience building a cloud governance plan, setting best cloud practices and procedures
Good understanding of Telecom technologies and processes
