Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

• Design and implement end -to -end quality processes for engineering teams practicing full test automation without separate QA<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Teach and promote Quality CoE best practices in automation technology, test pyramid health, release management, and SDLC ways of working<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Monitor and manage autmated test suites to optimize reliability, coverage, and developer productivity<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Collaborate with engineering leads and the Quality CoE to define test strategy, scope, and success metrics (e.g., automation levels, change failure rate)<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, test environments, and tooling (e.g., feature toggles, test data management, vendor integrations)<\/span>

  Requirements<\/h3>

  Qualifications<\/span><\/b>
  <\/p>

  • 6 -9 years of professional experience writing test automation code for web applications<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and ability to interpret unit and integration test code<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Experience with Playwright (Angular/JavaScript), Appium (Python/JavaScript), and/or Wiremock is a plus<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Proven ability to manage automated functional test suites and balance coverage with developer efficiency<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Hands -on experience with CI/CD pipeline management, test automation frameworks, and quality tooling<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • This is a hybrid role that will require onsite support every other week.<\/span>
