Web Applications Programmer

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Duration: 9+ months, Onsite

Responsibilities:

• Understand project requirements and goals to produce deliverables.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to create/update project materials.
• Participate in meetings to produce project deliverables.
• Communicate accomplishments to Business Analyst for weekly status reports.
• Inform key stakeholders about project progress.
• Assist in preparing information for leadership and project management.
• Ensure adherence to technical standards for infrastructure and software.
• Participate in developing and implementing business solutions.
• Assist resources to achieve business solutions within guidelines.
• Identify and eliminate obstacles to solution plans and goals.
• Participate in conference calls with state/Federal stakeholders.
• Research and maintain knowledge in emerging technologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience developing web applications.
• 7+ years of experience producing technical documentation.
• 7+ years of experience testing custom applications and data sets.
• 7+ years of experience in .NET architecture.
• 4+ years of experience in PL/SQL or TSQL preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in MVC (Model-View-Controller).
• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular JS).
• 2+ years of experience in HTML5 preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Ability to collaborate with Developers and Project Managers.
• Experience with large-scale implementation projects.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups.
