Web Applications Programmer (.NET, C# & MVC)
Mode of Work:100% Onsite Tallahassee, FL
The Web Applications Programmer will design, develop, test, document, and support enterprise web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. The position requires extensive hands-on experience with .NET architecture, C#, MVC, JavaScript frameworks, application testing, and technical documentation.
The developer will collaborate with project managers, developers, and multiple stakeholder groups while supporting large-scale application implementation projects.
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise web applications.
Develop applications using .NET architecture and C#.
Develop MVC-based web applications.
Develop front-end functionality using JavaScript frameworks such as React and AngularJS.
Develop and maintain database queries using PL/SQL and/or T-SQL.
Test custom applications, reports, dashboards, and large datasets.
Develop and execute application testing activities.
Identify and troubleshoot application defects.
Support large-scale application implementation projects.
Collaborate with developers and project managers throughout the SDLC.
Work with multiple stakeholder groups with diverse and competing business requirements.
Create and maintain technical documentation related to:
Business and Technical Requirements
Functional Specifications
Technical Specifications
Requirements Traceability Matrices
Application Designs
Testing Documentation
Participate in application design and development activities.
Support application implementation and deployment activities.
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
Use Microsoft Office tools for project documentation, planning, and communication.
Support project activities under the direction of a Project Manager.
Minimum 7%2B years of web application development experience.
Minimum 7%2B years developing applications using .NET architecture.
Minimum 7%2B years of C# programming experience.
Minimum 7%2B years creating technical documentation involving requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, or testing.
Minimum 7%2B years testing:
Custom Applications
Reports
Large Data Sets
Dashboards
Minimum 3%2B years of MVC experience.
Minimum 3%2B years working with JavaScript frameworks such as:
React
AngularJS
Experience with JavaScript class structures and development.
Experience working with developers and project managers.
Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale implementation projects.
Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups with competing priorities.

Minimum 4%2B years of PL/SQL or T-SQL experience.

State government experience.

Strong web application development and troubleshooting capabilities.

Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in:
Computer Science

Related Field
Bachelor\'s degree is preferred.
