Pay Information
- $20.00/hour for candidates with previous weaving experience
- $18.00/hour for candidates with no weaving experience

- Operate and monitor weaving looms and textile production equipment.
- Repair broken warp and filling yarns to maintain production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot loom issues and make adjustments as needed.
- Inspect woven fabric and identify quality concerns or defects.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on weaving machinery.
- Assist with style changes, tie-ins, and machine setups.
- Remove and handle cloth rolls safely and efficiently.
- Accurately record production data and maintain required documentation.
- Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures.
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous weaving or textile manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
