The Team You’ll Join
The WealthTech Consulting Director, a key member of the Canadian Advisor Sales & Practice Solutions distribution team, will be responsible for working directly with financial advisors to increase sales and platform adoption of Envestnet’s WealthTech offerings. This individual will support, promote and distribute Envestnet WealthTech solutions to advisors across their assigned territory. The selected candidate will partner with other sales team members, marketing, key accounts and other stakeholders to distribute wealthtech solutions to the marketplace.
How You’ll Contribute
Responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring, retaining and expanding relationships with financial advisors and advisory firms. Focuses on understanding client needs and positioning company technology, managed account solutions and investment offerings to support client business objectives. Actively prospects, develop pipelines and closes new business while expanding existing client relationships. Collaborate with product, marketing and service teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure a high-quality client experience.
• Manages large, high-value advisor relationships and complex sales opportunities.
• Owns and executes on a national or highly complex book of business with significant revenue responsibility.
• Serves as a trusted advisor for C-level and executive stakeholders within client organizations.
• Leads highly complex conversion opportunities including multi-product or program engagements.
• Helps shapes sales strategy through market insight, competitive intelligence and client feedback.
• Influences internal stakeholders on product direction, pricing strategy and client solutions.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales goals and drives long-term growth initiatives.
• Leads and directs regional team strategy around sales pipeline development and management.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Envestnet platform capabilities, including managed account programs, advisor solutions, operational workflows, and wealth management technology offerings, providing guidance to advisors and internal stakeholders on platform best practices.
• Consult with advisory firms to evaluate business models, identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, and recommend technology-enabled solutions that enhance advisor productivity, scalability, and client outcomes.
• Partner with advisors to increase adoption of platform solutions by supporting platform utilization strategies, sharing best practices, and identifying opportunities to expand usage across their businesses.
• Collaborate with asset management partners and cross-functional internal teams to promote solution adoption, support client transitions, and drive successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Lead educational sessions, workshops, and training opportunities for advisors, helping firms maximize the value of Envestnet's technology, managed account solutions, and practice management resources.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, emerging technologies, and evolving advisor needs to provide informed recommendations and support strategic growth initiatives.
• Represent Envestnet at industry conferences, educational events, and client-facing engagements while fostering awareness of the firm's capabilities and strengthening relationships across the advisor community.

Our Investment in You
This role offers a wage range of $206,000 to $275,000 CAD. The range listed represents a good-faith estimate of compensation for this position. Individual pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.
