  • Advising clientele on business succession planning and wealth transfer.
  • Preparing a comprehensive array of legal documents, encompassing wills, trusts, and business agreements.
  • Collaborating with legal professionals and other relevant experts to deliver comprehensive legal services.

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • LL.M. in Taxation and a Juris Doctorate in Law is requisite
  • Florida Bar licensure in Good Standing
  • Exceptional academic credentials and background.
  • Superior document drafting skills are essential.
  • Minimum of four years of professional experience in private wealth services or related
  • Robust research, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex legal concepts with clarity.
