Wealth Management Operations Analyst
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay Rate: Up to $24/hr W2
Contract: 12 months

We are seeking a Wealth Management Operations Analyst to support Estate & Inheritor Services within a leading wealth management organization. This role focuses on assisting clients and beneficiaries through the inheritance process, including account transitions, asset transfers, documentation, and service requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support to clients and beneficiaries throughout the inheritance process.
  • Communicate with clients by phone and email while providing a high level of service, transparency, and empathy.
  • Process and follow up on client service requests to ensure timely completion.
  • Set expectations regarding service timelines and follow up consistently.
  • Research and resolve client service issues and escalate when appropriate.
  • Work with branches and internal departments to coordinate requests.
  • Use internal systems to manage cases and accurately document client interactions.
  • Monitor and manage a daily caseload in a high-volume environment.
  • Follow client verification, compliance, and fraud-prevention procedures.
  • Maintain awareness of SEC, compliance, and firm policies.
  • Assist with other operational and administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred.
  • 3–4 years of financial services experience preferred.
  • Experience with client service, wealth management, brokerage, banking, estates, trusts, retirement accounts, account opening, or asset distribution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to research and resolve problems accurately.
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
