    About Us

As a fiduciary, Ciampi Wealth Management is one of the top offices affiliated with Cetera Wealth Advisors, while maintaining our own independence. We're a family-run financial advisory firm that treats every client like our own — always acting in their best interest and guiding them toward a secure financial future with transparency, trust, and expertise. Our mission is to help individuals and families turn their financial resources into opportunities for a fulfilling life, and that same care extends to our own team — personal and family life always comes first.

For over 25 years, we've built a reputation clients want to share — nearly all of our growth comes from client referrals, a testament to the trust we've earned and the results we deliver. We're a small, boutique firm where every team member makes a real impact, and we're looking for someone who wants to help us raise the bar even further. Given this momentum, we're exploring what's next — including building toward our own RIA (Registered Investment Advisor) model. We're also moving into a new, dedicated office facility centrally located in Cheshire, CT.

    Why Work With Us?

Our mission goes beyond our clients to include our growing team of driven individuals. We're committed to creating career paths and growth opportunities
for every team member, and we've built a culture rooted in empathy, pride, and a genuine sense of accomplishment in helping our clients — all while having fun along the way. We're also committed to devoting time and resources to charities and volunteer work in the surrounding community.

Our lead advisor — recognized as a
CT 5 Star Wealth Manager for 11 years
    — currently serves
$325 million in client AUM, backed by our
dedicated, in-house investment management and financial planning teams.

    Our Values:
    Integrity, Family, Collaboration, Growth, Community

    The Opportunity

    We're hiring a Wealth Advisor
    to serve as a
    co-advisor
alongside our lead advisor. This role's primary responsibility is managing and retaining an existing client base, rather than new business development. You'll begin as a true partner in every client meeting — not a note-taker —
co-leading conversations with the lead advisor from the start. Over time, you'll take the lead yourself, build direct client relationships, and
grow toward ownership as the firm moves toward independence
    — with access to our team members and partners along the way. This is a full-time, salaried role with a strong benefits package — including annual profit sharing, 401(k) contributions, and genuine flexibility to support your life outside of work.

    Looking ahead, you'll have
meaningful opportunities for compensation growth, supported by
    annual performance reviews
    and
career development and mentorship dedicated to you.

    What You'll Do

    • Champion clients' financial goals — guiding decisions on risk management, estate planning, and taxes
    • Craft, present, and fine-tune financial planning recommendations that shape real outcomes
    • Evaluate clients' income and assets each year to keep their plans sharp and on track
    • Recommend investment, insurance, and tax strategies tailored to each client
    • Forge relationships with in-house professionals and strategic partners across the firm
    • Anticipate what's next for clients — spotting planning strategies for the next phase of their lives
    • Stay ahead of industry trends, products, and services
    • Bring your client insights directly to the table as a member of the firm's investment committee
    • Help drive marketing efforts, social media, and client events
    • Team up with a dedicated Client Service Manager for scheduling and client support

    What We're Looking For

    • Proactive, results-driven mindset with a true sense of ownership over client and firm success
    • Strong self-starter with excellent time management
    • Sharp attention to detail
    • Collaborative team player
    • Strong communication skills, both interpersonal and written, for internal and client-facing work
    • Responsive, humble approach to client questions
    • A long-term view of the opportunities in this role and industry

    Qualifications

    • B.A. or B.S. in Business
    • Series 7 and Series 66 preferred
    • 2+ years of experience in financial services, in a similar role
    • Prior experience as an Associate Financial Advisor or Paraplanner required
    • CFP preferred (or willingness to enroll in CFP certification)
    • Insurance licenses preferred
    • Strong knowledge of mutual funds, stocks, bonds, insurance, and annuities
    • Ability to identify estate planning issues
    • Eagerness to learn and work with technology platforms such as MoneyGuidePro, IncomeLab, and eMoney

    Benefits

    • Medical & dental insurance
    • Sick time, 11 paid holidays, and five (5) weeks paid vacation
    • Parental leave
    • 401(k) plan with employer contributions
    • Annual company bonus
    • Career growth and development opportunities
    • Encouraged continuing education, with firm-paid certifications and educational seminars
    • Paid volunteer time
    • Robust wellness program
