Wax Specialist / Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist

Your Role as a Wax Specialist
As a Wax Specialist, you’ll provide exceptional full-body waxing services using our Exclusive Comfort Wax and signature techniques. You’ll create personalized guest experiences, educate guests on proper aftercare, and build lasting relationships that keep them feeling confident and excited to return.
What You’ll Do
- Perform full-body waxing services using EWC’s Exclusive Comfort Wax and signature Four-Step to Smooth process
- Deliver a comfortable, personalized experience for every guest
- Conduct thoughtful consultations and recommend services based on each guest’s needs
- Educate guests on service frequency, proper aftercare, and EWC products
- Build and maintain strong guest relationships through excellent service and consistent rebooking
- Work toward individual and center service, rebooking, and product goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional wax suite
- Follow all safety, sanitation, State Board, and EWC standards
- Keep accurate guest records and service notes
- Support center operations and work collaboratively with the entire team
- Attend required training sessions, team meetings, and continued-development opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- An active Missouri Esthetician or Cosmetologist license
- A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, and helping guests feel their best
- A warm, professional personality with strong communication skills
- The ability to connect with guests and build lasting relationships
- Excitement to learn and master EWC’s exclusive waxing techniques
- Confidence recommending services, service frequency, aftercare, and retail products
- A motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented mindset
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a strong team environment
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Previous waxing, sales, or guest-service experience is a plus, but not required—new graduates are encouraged to apply!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
