Waukesha Material Handler

Pay Rate: $24 Per Hour

Summary:

• Core hours: 3 pm - 11 pm
• OT: up to 10 hours a day and every other weekend
• Orientation: 1st week on 1st shift

Responsibilities:

• Deliver finished fabricated parts from the fabrication area or the e-coat lines to the shipping dock and fill out necessary paperwork.
• Load and unload trucks for inbound and outbound material.
• Complete shipment paperwork and SAP transactions for inbound and outbound material.
• Move pallets of in-process work to where they are accessible to other customers.
• Keep department provided with pallets and dispose of unusable pallets.
• Put parts away in storage racks or floor locations.
• Dispose of scrap materials to designated scrap locations within the plant.
• Locate material with proper identification attached and turn receiving paperwork into the office.
• Receive, locate, and ship parts daily to assure proper customer service commitments are maintained.
• Complete other duties as assigned by a Team Lead or Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of previous experience operating a forklift.

• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered.

Preferred Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Experience in the safe operation of various types of material-handling equipment.
