    Description

    We are seeking an experienced Water & Wastewater (W-WW) Technical Expert to join our team and help expand our W-WW practice. This is a strategic role that blends business development, project execution, and leadership in both water treatment and conveyance systems.

    Location: Based in any of the 7 offices in the Southeastern Pennsylvania area

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary leader and technical expert for the firm's W-WW projects, focusing on both treatment and conveyance systems
    • Act as a seller-doer, leading business development efforts, maintaining strong relationships with municipal clients, and expanding the firms footprint in the W-WW sector
    • Present at W-WW conferences and industry events, establishing the firms reputation and your expertise in the field
    • Lead project teams, ensuring high-quality project execution and client satisfaction
    • Mentor and develop senior and mid-level engineering staff, fostering growth and technical expertise within the firm
    • Manage complex projects from concept through completion, ensuring technical accuracy and budget adherence
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of W-WW services across multiple locations

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field (Master's degree preferred but not required)
    • PE is required. 
    • 15+ years of experience in water and wastewater consulting engineering, with a strong track record in both treatment and conveyance systems
    • Extensive experience working with municipal clients and deep knowledge of municipal water and wastewater regulations and challenges
    • Recognized presence in the W-WW industry, with a history of presenting at industry conferences and events
    • Strong business development skills and the ability to drive project growth and profitability
    • Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and guide senior and mid-level engineers
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams.

    Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
