Multidisciplinary design firmis seeking a Water/WastewaterProject Manager to join their Little Rock team!
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Associate ProjectManager on small-to-mid-sized projects
- Oversee project deliverables andcompletion of projects
- Assemble project teams and assign individualstasks
- Develop/communicate project scope,schedule, and budget with clients, team and outside contractors
- Primary contact for client
- Monitor project budgets, reviewcosts and track planned budget to ensure project stays within budget
- Ensure timely completion of projectby securing appropriate resources for all stages of the project
- Identify/resolve problems to preventadditional costs
- Organize/conduct regular projectmeetings
- Document all project deliverablesand maintain records
- Build/maintain client relationships
- Coordinate contract negotiations
- Mentor/train junior staff
- Adhere to regulations and enforce safetystandards
- Meet/exceed client expectations
Requirements:
- Associates degree with equivalentexperience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering orrelated area preferred
- 6+ years of project experience
- Strong understanding of water andwastewater services
- Wastewater project experience(piping extensions/rehabilitation, new pump stations/rehabilitation, treatmentplant rehabilitation for various types of treatment processes, and newtreatment plant projects)
- Strong organizational, leadership,and negotiation skills
Salary is commensurate with experience.
