Our engineers design and deliver reliable, resilient, and sustainable water and wastewater systems that protect public health and support community growth. As a Water/Wastewater Engineer, youll help shape the infrastructure that keeps cities running and people safe.
What Youll Do
- Design, lead, and manage projects involving treatment, distribution, and collection systems.
- Collaborate with engineers, operators, and municipal clients to develop creative, cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee project scopes, budgets, and schedules while mentoring junior staff.
- Prepare reports, technical memoranda, and construction documents that reflect high standards of quality.
- Complete construction administration tasks including coordination with contractors and clients, attending meetings, reviewing submittals and pay applications, and preparing punch list and closeout documents.
- Engage with clients and communities to communicate technical ideas clearly and confidently.
- Contribute to business development and proposal efforts as you grow into a trusted advisor.
Salary Range: $95,000 - $115,000 per year
