Overview
We are seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineer to join a growing, multi-disciplinary engineering consulting firm. This individual will contribute to the planning, design, and delivery of critical infrastructure projects that support sustainable communities.

Key Responsibilities
Design and support water and wastewater infrastructure projects (treatment plants, pump stations, pipelines, distribution/collection systems)
Perform engineering calculations, modeling, and system analysis
Prepare plans, specifications, and technical reports
Coordinate with internal teams across civil, environmental, and other disciplines
Support or lead project management efforts including budgets and schedules (level dependent)
Interface with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies
Assist with permitting and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Contribute to proposal development and business development efforts
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
EIT or PE license (or ability to obtain)
2–10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering
Experience with treatment design, hydraulic modeling, or utility infrastructure preferred
Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, or modeling software (e.g., WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, InfoWorks)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Desire to grow into technical leadership or project management roles
