Strong knowledge of PADEP and industry standards, permitting processes, and regulatory compliance.Construction management or construction phase services experience is preferred.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft OfficeExperience with hydraulic modeling software is a plus.Strong technical writing, report preparation, and communication skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Strong client service attitude with a self-motivated, proactive approach to managing tasks and deadlines.Please NoteThis position is open to candidates currently residing in the United States with legal authorization to work.
