We are seeking a skilled and certified Water Treatment Plant Operator to join our team. This full-time, on-site role involves operating and maintaining advanced water treatment systems across multiple counties in Maryland.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $31.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on experience and certification level)
Benefits: Company vehicle + comprehensive benefits package available after 90-day probationary period

Our team is deeply committed to delivering clean, safe, and reliable water to essential facilities, including hospitals and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities

As a Water Treatment Plant Operator, you will:

Operate and maintain advanced systems including Chemical Dosing, Ion Exchange Filtration, Ultraviolet Disinfection, and Reverse Osmosis
Monitor and adjust process controls and chemical dosing to ensure optimal performance
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance with Maryland regulatory requirements
Collaborate with team members to improve system efficiency and reliability

What We’re Looking For

Required: Active Class T2 or T4 Water Treatment Operator Certification issued by the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE)
Solid technical knowledge of water treatment processes and equipment
Preferred experience with chemical injection and ion exchange systems
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, field-based environment
