Water & Sewer Superintendent

Location: South Bend, IN

Position Overview

Our client, an established heavy civil underground utility contractor, is looking for a Water & Sewer Superintendent to join their team in the South Bend, IN area. This is a permanent, full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day field operations and crews
• Manage schedule, safety and quality on site
• Coordinate subs, deliveries and equipment
• Report progress to the project manager

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field supervision
• Strong safety record
• Ability to read plans and lead crews

Compensation

• Base salary: $75,000 - $110,000
• Strong benefits package
