Water Mitigation Technician

Join our established insurance restoration firm as a Water Mitigation/Remediation Technician. We specialize in various services including lead abatement, mold remediation, asbestos removal, and general demolition/cleanup. If you are a highly skilled and motivated individual, this position offers industry certifications, additional training, and a chance to work on exciting projects. Higher pay scale is for candidates with actual industry experience and or certifications!
Job Requirements:
- Possess viable computer skills and tablet operation
- Team Player and Good Communicator
- Cleaning and Janitorial Experience
- Packing & Un-Packing experience, Contents Track Experience is an advantage
- House Cleaning, Final and Rough Wash
- Minor Demo and Tear Out
- English speaking, Spanish speaking is a bonus
- Good Driving Record & Chauffeur's License is Plus
- Xactimate and Sketch Capability is preferred
- IICRC certifications a plus
