Senior Water Mitigation Leader

Responsibilities
- Professionally represent the Paul Davis Restoration principles of honesty and integrity.
- Lead and manage water mitigation projects, ensuring timely and effective completion, professional documentation and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Supervise and train a team of water mitigation technicians, promoting a culture of safety and professionalism.
- Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction.
- Respond to emergency property damage 24/7 365 days a year
- Perform on-call rotation as needed
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Ensure that the job is brought to completion and collection in a timely fashion
- Assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, customer service, and team management skills.
- Proven experience in water mitigation and restoration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Certification in water damage restoration (e.g., IICRC WRT & ASD) is preferred.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in various weather conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks. Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
- Willingness to learn with a desire to practice continuous improvement
