Restoration Technician Skills: Perform remediation, restoration and repair work on damaged properties; Must be IICRC Certified; Knowledge and experience using necessary specialized tools and equipment; Experience working with customers, answering questions, having a professional demeanor and appearance; Knowledge and experience with water extraction, cleaning of various surfaces, drawing, taking measurements and moisture-mapping; Familiarity with building materials; Xactimate and MICA experience is a plus.
