Water and Sewer Senior Personnel Specialist

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree. Two years of human resources or personnel experience are required. Additional experience in human resources or personnel management may substitute for the college education on a year for year basis

Preferences

Experience in recruitment is preferred.

Recruitment Notes

This position will reside in the recruitment unit of the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department. The incumbent in this position will be responsible for coordinating and managing complex hiring processes to include developing job postings, screening applicants, conducting qualification reviews, and ensuring all recruitment activities comply with County policies.
