SUMMARY
Under indirect supervision on an assigned shift, participates in the operation and quality control of a Wastewater Treatment Plant. Responsible for the quality of effluent as set by Federal, State, and City regulations. Acts as responsible shift operator in charge. Shift work and weekends.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Requires a High School Diploma or its equivalent and a minimum of three years of experience in the operations and maintenance of a Wastewater Treatment Plant and at least 100 hours of training approved by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. . TCEQ Class B Wastewater Treatment Certification required. Valid Texas Driver's License required.
