Overview/Summary: Our Client is a global professional services firm that provides engineering, design, construction, and consulting solutions across infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, energy, water, and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage operations and contract teams across multiple industrial client sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop onsite managers, supervisors, and operations staff through training, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
• Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all corporate, client, local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
• Oversee operational excellence, including maintenance, process optimization, sustainability initiatives, KPI achievement, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure all sites remain operationally and environmentally compliant, including adherence to water quality permits and contract requirements.
• Manage staffing, hiring, onboarding, orientation, and workforce development to support project and operational needs.
• Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, performance reviews, and compliance with corporate and client reporting systems.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, building strong relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Review project performance, budgets, contract deliverables, and monthly operational reports to drive compliance, quality, and financial performance.
• Support business development by identifying growth opportunities, assisting with proposals, and maintaining awareness of competitive activities.
• Travel regularly to client sites for operational oversight, inspections, compliance reviews, and client meetings.
Participate in professional organizations and monitor industry trends to support innovation and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:
  • "Grade B Industrial Wastewater Treatment" license for the state of Colorado. Grade A is also accepted for this position.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6 years of experience at an industrial water/wastewater treatment facility, or municipal water/wastewater facility public works operation, including experience in project management with responsibility for technical support and financial accountability or 6 years working in a related field.
  • Understanding of industrial operations including basic fluid flow, process equipment, and control instrumentation.
  • Three years of experience at a supervisory level.
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license with no major infractions.
  • Proficient with computer software including but not limited to Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams), PDF software, etc. Ability to perform daily computer skills managing various client software programs, SCADA, and data entry.
  • Possess sufficient virtual communication skills to successfully maintain operations and regulatory compliance while located remote from client sites.
  • Candidate needs to be able to read, understand, and abide by Industrial Regulations and Standards.
  • Candidate needs to be able to read, understand, abide by, and guide their team in compliance with client safety, quality, and other requirements.
