Wastewater Project Manager

Project Partners is seeking an experienced Wastewater Project Manager to support public-sector wastewater infrastructure projects in the Fountain Valley area. This is an excellent opportunity for a project management professional with 8+ years of experience to work directly on wastewater infrastructure projects. This role is full-time and hybrid (on-site and remote).

Projects may include:

• Sewer Relocation or Rehabilitation Projects
• Pump Station Replacement and Rehabilitation Projects
• Wastewater Treatment Plant Rehabilitation and Expansion Projects
• Utility Systems (I&C)

As a Wastewater Project Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Lead wastewater infrastructure projects through planning, design, construction, and project closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, cost estimates, and key milestones to keep projects on track.
• Manage and coordinate engineering consultants, including reviewing scopes, design plans, technical deliverables, schedules, budgets, and overall performance.
• Develop and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and agency staff to resolve design and construction issues.
• Review and coordinate project documentation, including plans and specifications, submittals, change orders, cost estimates, and other construction-related documents.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate with all stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
