Jacobs is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Jackson, MS where you'll be groomed for the next step of assuming a Project Management position. You'll work with project leadership and staff to assist in supervising daily Operation & Maintenance (O&M) activities as well as work with the Project Manager to learn O&M systems and tools to provide superior client support. Working with other members of our team you'll organize and direct the operations, maintenance, and improvement of three wastewater treatment plants, Dewatering/Hauling operations, and appurtenant facilities. You'll also analyze operational process control procedures, maintenance procedures, and institute changes when necessary to achieve full compliance with regulatory agency water quality and solids disposal requirements and be responsible for accurate operational records and prepare reports required by the client, regulatory agencies, and regional manager. Also, you will be responsible for the implementation of an industrial pretreatment program and recommendations to ensure regulatory compliance.

The base salary range for this position is $94,000.00 to $118,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
